What do I do if my Race Pack does not arrive in time?

If your pack does not arrive in time, please go to the Enquiries desk, with your photo ID, and we will be able to issue a new number. 


If you are able to go on Friday between 12:00 and 18:00 or Saturday between 10:00 and 16:00 the Enquiries desk will be within the Race Pack Collection tent. On Sunday it will be separate, to the left on the front of the VIP tent (next to Merchandise) and will open at 07:00. 


Please note that we cannot issue a new number without your photo ID.
