Race packs are sent in batches from approximately 2-3 weeks before the event, with the last few late charity entries being sent the Friday before the event.
If your pack does not arrive in time, please go to the Enquiries desk, with your photo ID, and we will be able to issue a new number. If you are able to go on Friday or Saturday the Enquiries desk will be within the Race Pack Collection tent. On Sunday it will be separate, outside the VIP tent.
Please note we cannot issue replacement packs without photo ID.
