If I withdraw can I get a refund?

We offer a partial refund. How much you receive depends on your entry type and when you withdraw.

If you purchased Refund Protection you can claim your full refund by following the link at the bottom of your confirmation email or here.

If you withdraw before 7 November 2025, you will receive a 50% refund of your entry fee and any additional items you have purchased, such as Park and Ride tickets, will also be refunded. If you have purchased a VIP entry and we have already sent you your t-shirt your refund amount will be reduced by £10.

If you withdraw between 8 November 2025 and 23 January 2026 we will refund 25% of your entry fee to you, plus any additional items.

Certain entries, such as Charity or Business Challenge, are not refundable by us and you will need to contact the organisation that you obtained the entry through directly.

Please note that Booking Fees are not refundable.
